The model got the rumor mill going after she shared a photo of herself and boyfriend Devin Booker sporting what looked like wedding jewelry.
In the photo, the NBA player appeared to be rocking a gold band on his ring finger.
Kendall and Devin are notoriously private.

She flashed the massive ring - a 10 to 12-carat sparkler - for the camera shortly after receiving it.
Kourtney's ring features an elongated oval solitaire diamond sitting on a thin band.
It's unclear, at a glance, whether the band itself features any small diamonds or is solid.
A diamond expert estimated to Page Six that the ring may even be up to 15-carats and is worth about $1 million.
KIM KARDASHIAN
Kim Kardashian has been known to sport some flashy jewels on her fingers and elsewhere.
She's been married more than once, and has had some majorly impressive marital jewelry.
While her marriage to ex Kris Humphries didn't stand the test of time, he did a great job with her wedding jewelry.
He popped the question with a massive 19.8-carat engagement ring which featured a 16.2-carat center stone, according to the Los Angeles Times, and was designed to be a replica of a ring Kim wanted as a child.
After their marriage ended, Kris auctioned the ring off and got an impressive $749,000 for it.
She later got engaged to Kanye West, who proposed in a grand show of love at the stadium the Dodgers play at.
Per E! News, Kanye designed Kim's ring with the help of Lorraine Schwartz.
"The ring is flawless. Not just internally flawless, it's flawless. It's a D-stone, the best diamond there is, type 2A," Lorraine's rep told the outlet.
"It's a perfect cushion-cut diamond."
The ring was estimated to be worth about $3 million - $1 million more than Kris' was estimated to be worth.
It featured a massive center stone sat on a band with smaller diamonds surrounding it, totaling 15 to 20-carats in diamonds.
After a scary incident in Paris, Kim began sporting a more minimal style ring.
PEOPLE reported when she debuted the ring that it was a thin band covered in diamonds.
One of the first times she wore it, she also stepped out with a gold pinky ring on.
KHLOE KARDASHIAN
Khloe is no stranger to finger bling.
In 2009, she stepped out sporting a massive engagement ring from then-beau Lamar Odom.
