I build tiny homes - my 'grand prairie’ house has three living rooms, a fireplace, and even a huge walk-in closet

A BUILDER has showed off one of the tiny homes he sells — and this one has three living rooms and a fireplace.

The house also has a massive walk-in closet.

The TikTok account for Titan Factory Direct in New Braunfels, Texas, (@titanfactorydirectnb) showed off the unique home.

The model shown in the video is The Grand Prairie.

It's 2,305 square feet and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

When you first walk into the home, you see the living room, which contains a fireplace.

To the right is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in closet.

The bathroom has two sinks, a big bath, and a full shower.

Another door in the bedroom room leads to a small second room, which could be used as a reading room, office, gym, nursery, or playroom. 

A door from that room takes you to the kitchen, which is big enough for a table, an island, and full-sized appliances. 

There are two bedrooms in the front of the kitchen, which is flanked by two living rooms.

Connected to the third living room is a bathroom with three doors, and the fourth bedroom. 

In the comments section, Titan said the home retails for $100,000. 

People said that they loved the home and had plenty of ideas for how they would utilize the space.

"I'd put my dog kennels their water and bowls in the little room by the table right by the back door perfect dog room," one wrote.

"Living room, nursery off of the master, and playroom by the other bedrooms," a second shared.

A third follower said the mobile home was her "dream" come true.

"One room would be for our girls. they are kitties. Craft room media room. room for my son. the master bath is mine," she said.
