The incident happened on the northbound Highway 63 in Columbia on Monday.
Three of the four people killed were in one vehicle while the other victim was in another car, KOMU reports.

Blomenkamp said a driver was going the wrong way causing the wreck. The crash was reportedly head-on, and the fire district said Highway 63 northbound will be shut down for hours.
