KRISPY Kreme has kicked off the season of love with new customizable donut boxes.
The Valentine's Day boxes, which were named Dough-Notes, will come with a personalized selection of a dozen donuts.
Along with these boxes, Krispy Kreme has released four heart-shaped donuts.
The four new flavors include You Color My World, a donut filled with Krispy Kreme's signature cake batter filling, dipped in red icing, and rainbow heart sprinkles.
Among the array is I Love You A Choco-Lot, a donut with a classic chocolate filling, dipped in chocolate icing, and piped with a rose.
And You're Berry Sweet has a white filling, topped with strawberry ice cream and red sprinkles.

The last donut, Without You I'd Crumble, has chocolate icing and chocolate chip cookie crumble, filled with its signature cookie dough filling.
The box will have a space for a handwritten note and will also include notes from Krispy Kreme team members around the world.
“People aren’t just craving delicious doughnuts, they crave connection, and our new collection satisfies both needs,” said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme, according to its website.
"A dozen Valentine’s Day doughnuts in our custom Dough-Notes dozens box is the perfect gesture to show someone special in your life how much you love and care about them.”

If there isn't a Krispy Kreme store near you, a limited-time Krispy Kreme 6-pack will be available at stores including Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion, Publix, and Stater Brothers.
The selection will include the You Color My World Donut, the I Love You A Choco-Lot Donut, and the Chocolate Iced with Valentine’s Sprinkles Donut.
When Krispy Kreme announced the Valentine's Day special on Facebook, people raced to the comments to express their excitement and ask when they could purchase them.
"Very adorable," one commenter said on the post.
"Yum we love Krispy Kreme always good!" said a second.
"These look so special for Valentine’s thank you!"
"I need these!" wrote another.
Some people have already indulged in the new selection of treats.
"Just got 'You Color My World' earlier tonight, and they are SO delicious!!! Going to have to try the all!!!" they said.

The Dough-Notes dozen boxes will be available now until Valentine's Day.
