After Williams allegedly used the TikToker's passing to "coax laughter" from her audience, social media users are furious.
One user tweeted: "A 19 yr old Black man, Matima Miller, better known as ‘Swavy’ by millions of social media followers, was murdered and @WendyWilliams thought it was ok to make fun of him.
"Wendy, may you reap everything that you have sown."
WENDY WILLIAMS USES SWAVY SEGMENT TO BOAST MORE FOLLOWERS
Wendy said on her segment on Swavy that he’s a TiKTok star and “has more followers than me, 2.5million.”
Her producer clarified that he had more TikTok followers but she has more Instagram followers, leading the whold crowd to clap for her.
“As far as TikTok, I don’t use that, at all,” Wendy said. “I don’t know what that is, I don’t want to be involved.”
After everyone laughed some more, the longtime host pointed up to the image of Swavy again, said, “Here he is,” and proceeded to look him up and down multiple times, as if she’s “making fun” of how he looks, making the audience laugh again.
WENDY WILLIAMS SLAMMED FOR SWAVY COMMENTS
Viewers blasted Wendy over her “disrespectful,” “classless,” and “abhorrent” segment on Swavy, with some calling for the end of The Wendy Williams Show.
Wendy, instead of getting right to the heart of the topic, starts off her segment on Swavy by saying how she has “no idea who this person is” and neither does “one person in this building.”
She then put up a photo of the TikToker and asked her audience if anyone knew of him and told them to “clap” if they did.
Only a select few audience members did, and then she asked DJ Suss, and he told her: “It’s not my cup of tea that I got going on right now,” before he chuckled and the audience chuckled.
SWAVY IS SMILING IN LAST VIDEO
In the last video before his reported death, Swavy could be seen dancing and smiling as he asked fans which picture of him was their favorite.
"Out off [sic] all of my pictures which one would you say is your favorite?," an audio read, before 10 images of the influencer popped up on the screen.
The post, which was uploaded just one day ago, was quickly flooded with messages of condolences from fans and fellow creators.

Swavy, who's real name was Matima Miller, was a popular TikTok user with over 2.3million followers.
His nickname username was @babyface.s.
The 19-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware, was best known for posting funny comedy skits and accumulated 97.4 million likes on the platform.
He was also big on Instagram, with 356K followers on his profile @oneway.swavy.
