THE NBA trade deadline has ended but not before some major moves were made.
The 76ers traded Patrick Beverley to the Bucks for a 2027 second-round pick, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported.
Buddy Hield is coming to the Philadelphia 76ers from the Indiana Pacers in exchange for Marcus Morris, Furkan Korkmaz, and three second-round choices, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Hield, 31, has long been regarded as one of the top 3-point shooters in the NBA.
He played in 52 games with the Pacers this season, averaging 12 points per game on 38.4% shooting from outside the arc. Since joining the NBA in the 2016–17 season, he has made 1,842 3-pointers in his career.
The Pacers also sent Doug McDermott to the Spurs for a future second-round pick, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported.
Meanwhile, the Atlanta Hawks decided to keep superstar guard Dejounte Murray, Wojnarowski reported.

What to know about Simone Fontecchio
Italian professional basketball player Simone Fontecchio plays at the small forward position for the NBA's Utah Jazz.
Malì Pomilio, Fontecchio's mother, was an Italian basketball player who won two European titles for AS Vicenza.
Fontecchio credits her with influencing his career decision.
His grandparents, as well as his older brother Luca, who also came through Virtus' youth systems, were all basketball players.
His father, Daniele (in Italian), was a professional hurdler.
More trades being finalized
Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Hornets are finalizing a "trade to send F PJ Washington to the Dallas Mavericks for Grant Williams, Seth Curry and a first-round draft pick."
There is also another trade happening with the Raptors trading Dennis Schroder to the Nets for Spencer Dinwiddie.

Sharpshooter Simone Fontecchio was traded by the Pistons to the Utah Jazz in exchange for a second-round selection.

Buddy Hield traded to the 76ers
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN has also reported that the Indiana Pacers are going to trade Buddy Hield to the 76ers.
BREAKING: Danuel House traded to the Pistons
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported that the Sixers have agreed to trade swingman Danuel House and a 2024 second-round selection to the Pistons.
The move is essentially a money dump because Philadelphia will be able to go from around $1.6MM above the luxury tax line to $2.7 million below it by waiving House's $4.3 million contract, which is soon to expire, per HoopsRumors.
In exchange for their willingness to make the adjustment, the Pistons will receive a second-round selection.
'Everybody loved Lamar'
"Losing a key guy to our team. Maybe he didn't play as much, but his personality and how hard he worked, he was a great teammate and everybody loved Lamar," Jayson Tatum said about Lamar Steven, who was traded to Memphis in a deal for Xavier Tillman.
"To wake up from my nap today and see he was traded was tough. The locker room did feel a little empty today seeing he's not here."
Mikal Bridges likely staying in Brooklyn
Brooklyn Nets star Mikal Bridges has garnered interest from the Houston Rockets and the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Nets have continued to make clear they are not trading Bridges and he will stay put at least to the end of the season.
Bridges has two years left on his current contract.
3-point contest shooters revealed
Donovan Mitchell is joining the three-point contest for All-Star Saturday Night.
He will compete against Tyrese Haliburton, Damian Lillard, Malik Beasley, Jalen Brunson, and Lauri Markkanen.
Damian Lillard was crowned the 3-point contest champion last year and will try to defend his crown.
Fans speculated LeBron to Knicks after towel fiasco
During LeBron‘s postgame interview with Lisa Salters, rumors of a possible trade intensified when fans spotted a Knicks towel draped around his shoulders.
“Did they run out of Lakers towels?” one took to X, formerly known as Twitter to ask.
“Requesting trade to the Knicks,” another fan said.
“Get a hint,” a third noted.
LeBron James shares cryptic image
During a workout in New York, LeBron did not give reporters an idea of what he was thinking about the trade option.
He simply answered “no” to a question about his future.
After the Lakers’ loss to the Atlanta Hawks last Tuesday, James tweeted out an hourglass emoji, which he also refused to clarify.
LeBron James reportedly staying put
The NBA star’s agent, Rich Paul, shut down rumors that he would be traded or request a trade.
“LeBron won’t be traded, and we aren’t asking to be,” Paul told ESPN.
However, James hasn’t been as direct.
Celtics giving up an additional player in the Grizzlies' trade
Adrian Wojnarowski has revealed who else the Celtics are shipping to the Grizzlies in their trade deal which went down yesterday afternoon.

Kevin Knox, 2024 second-round pick via Wizards, and draft rights to Gabriele Procida to go to Jazz in the deal, Adrian Wojnarowski reported.
Simone Fontecchio has improved upon his 33% three-point percentage this season.
He has raised it to to 39.1% this season for the Jazz where he started 34 games this season.

Three rookies are banding together and forming a team for the All-Star Skills Challenge during NBA All-Star Weekend.

The Celtics added F/C Xavier Tillman to their roster via trade yesterday afternoon.
The Celtics are sending a 2027 second via Atlanta and a 2030 second via Dallas to the Grizzlies, Adrian Wojnarowski reported.
Boston gets Tillman, a young, versatile frontcourt player who gives them some depth for a championship run, he added.
Andrew Wiggins' potential trade destinations
The Golden State Warriors are reportedly open to dealing F Andrew Wiggins.
The Dallas Mavericks and Milwaukee Bucks are interested in Wiggins, Jake Fischer at Yahoo Sports reported.
The Bucks need depth and proven playoff performers and Wiggins has been that, Fischer added.
Bobby Portis Jr. would reportedly be included in a trade package which has stopped the Bucks from making a move.
More players 76ers could be targeting
Jake Fischer at Yahoo Sports has revealed other players the Philadelphia 76ers may be targeting before the NBA trade deadline expires.
"Philadelphia is exploring conversations with a variety of teams, but one known target for the Sixers is Pacers guard Buddy Hield," Fischer said.
"Another target for the Sixers is Pistons guard Bojan Bogdanović, sources said, who is on the books for $20 million this season, but has just $2 million guaranteed for 2024-25," he added.
